National Institute for Health and Care Research
The NIHR, funded by the Department of Health and Social Care, conducts and supports health research with the NHS, universities, and other organisations to improve wellbeing and promote economic growth. They also fund health research in low and middle-income countries.
Over the past couple of years, I’ve traveled to multiple hospitals around the country to visit NIHR sites and photograph staff and patients.
The images are used for patient recruitment, staff recruitment, public websites, brochures, and annual reports.
